Transformatoren met galvanische scheiding

Transformatoren met gescheiden primaire en secundaire wikkelingen zorgen voor galvanische scheiding tussen de voedingszijde en de aangesloten apparatuur. Afhankelijk van de toepassing kunnen verschillende typen transformatoren en bijbehorende normeringen vereist zijn. Jaspers Transformatoren produceert onder andere scheidingstransformatoren, stuurstroomtransformatoren, beschermingstransformatoren, veiligheidstransformatoren en medische transformatoren. Iedere transformator kan worden afgestemd op de specifieke elektrische, mechanische en normtechnische eisen van de toepassing.

Transformatoren zonder galvanische scheiding

Wanneer galvanische scheiding niet noodzakelijk is en voornamelijk een efficiënte aanpassing van de voedingsspanning gewenst is, kan een spaartransformator een geschikte oplossing zijn. Een spaartransformator, ook wel autotransformator genoemd, maakt gedeeltelijk gebruik van een gemeenschappelijke wikkeling voor de primaire en secundaire zijde.

Hierdoor zijn spaartransformatoren bij een vergelijkbaar vermogen doorgaans compacter dan transformatoren met gescheiden wikkelingen. Dit maakt ze bijzonder geschikt voor toepassingen waarbij efficiënt spanningen moeten worden verhoogd of verlaagd en een compacte constructie gewenst is.

Jaspers Transformatoren levert een breed assortiment spaartransformatoren en autotransformatoren, zowel in standaarduitvoeringen als volledig op maat.

1-phase transformer

Jaspers produces single-phase transformers ranging from 5 VA to 63 kVA. All transformers are manufactured in our own factory in the Netherlands. We produce both single units and medium-sized series, fully tailored to customer specifications. Jaspers manufactures various transformers, including: control transformers, autotransformers, safety transformers, medical transformers, and isolating transformers.

  • The VE models are upright (foot-mounted), while the WE models lie flat (wall-mounted). Due to the weight of the mounting plate, these WE models are produced in sizes up to 25 kVA.

  • Jaspers transformers can also be supplied with a sheet steel or plastic enclosure. Depending on the technical specifications, a choice can be made in consultation with the engineering department.

  • Construction and design comply with European standard EN 61-558 and are CE compliant. Jaspers also has UL XPTQ2/8 certification for our transformers. This makes these transformers suitable for use in control panels that must comply with the UL-508A standard.
